Cannabis in Wisconsin
Cannabis in Wisconsin sits in a legal gray area, with THC products over 0.3% Delta-9 generally illegal, yet a loophole allows hemp-derived products like Delta-8 and THC-A to be sold. This patchwork means consumers must be careful about what they buy. For those seeking a reliable, legal cannabis experience, visiting a licensed dispensary in a state with clear regulations, like Michigan, is the safest choice.
